Your use of this website is governed by the following Terms and Conditions. The consumer (who benefits from the services provided by the website) fully agrees to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, we recommend that you immediately stop using this website.

General Conditions of Sale

This Website is independent of any public body. Our website belongs to a private company that is not linked to the public administration but acts as an intermediary, providing a management, consulting, and assistance service aimed at facilitating the payment of traffic fines for the user.

Pay Fines Spain does not sell a product, but a service consisting of managing the payment of a traffic fine. We never charge for the fine itself. The final product is the confirmation of the payment and the official receipt, which can also be obtained by the user directly by going to the corresponding administration bodies (DGT or Ayuntamiento).

This is a completely voluntary service in which the user reads, understands, and accepts the cost, the legal notice, the terms of use and service, and the privacy policy before making the payment. The user always has the option to pay their fine through official means. Our main goal is to assist foreigners who do not speak Spanish to navigate this process.

Costs and Payments

The cost of this advisory and management service for the payment of traffic fines will depend on the service requested. The total cost will always be indicated before submitting the form, including our fees. There are no shipping costs as it is an exclusively digital service. The cost of the fine itself is separate.

If you pay the fine directly through the public administration without our intermediation, there is no service cost, but you will not get the benefits of our service (English support, simplified process, etc.).

The payment method currently offered is by credit or debit card. By clicking the payment button, you authorize the payment for our service and the amount of the fine.

Guarantee and Refund Policy

We are committed to paying your fine promptly to help you secure any available early-payment discounts.

Our Guarantee: We guarantee that your fine will be paid correctly through the official channels. We will provide you with the official receipt as proof of payment. If we are unable to pay the fine due to an issue on our end, you will receive a 100% full refund of our service fee.

By requesting our service, you authorize us to begin the management of your payment immediately. Therefore, you waive your right of withdrawal as detailed in article 103 of the TRLDCU, which exempts services that have been fully executed with the consumer's prior express consent. The service is considered initiated the moment payment is made and the application is submitted.

In exceptional cases outside of our refund guarantee, you may file a claim by writing to hola@payfinespain.com providing your application details. The customer service department will be responsible for evaluating your case and providing a personalized response.
